Orchard Street Residence

As Architect, Developer & General Contractor, I have resurrected this formerly condemned burned-out shell into a showplace two-unit dwelling. The entire internal charred wood structure had to be dismantled down to the four exterior walls. The house was reconstructed with natural modern finishes and ample exterior living spaces.
