The Rhined

The Rhined was a full renovation of a dilapidated storefront space into a specialty shop selling domestic artisan cheeses and like provisions.  

Finders/Keepers Building 

The Finders/Keepers Building was named after a "ghost sign" from a long ago retail space that once occupied its storefront. The upper floors have been transformed into spatially innovative micro-units while retaining historic mantles & light shafts.

Beyond the courtyard, the rear building has been renovated into a single townhouse style unit w/ an alley facing garage. The entire project received both historic & LEED tax credits.
